The load time is unacceptable. It needs to be a lot lighter weight. I would suggest GAIM for Windows.

Full of spyware goodness... unless you pay money to get rid of it.

AOL

Whenever you want something changed you HAVE to take a survey from an ESL telesales person.

MSN Messenger

It seems to randomly log in and log out, and interferes with the network connection. Superseded by Live Messenger.
