Design Refresh March 2007

We've updated Design Three to have a more open feel, with curved corners, new link colors, and new headers. Page size is slightly lower than before and text size is slightly bigger. We've also improved and lightened up the forum.

• Minor curved corner issue in forum in IE 6 and 7
