Donutey is now valid XHTML 1.1, CSS, 508, and AAA. This means that Donutey offers the latest web technology, in an error free package that is accessible to all, including those with disabilities. Below you'll find what the purpose of each validation.
XHTML 1.1
Having valid (X)HTML ensures that a website shows up consistently. It doesn't guarantee that it will look like you want it too, but it does ensure that coding errors are not the problem which can save a lot of time, especially when cross-browser testing. Having valid code is especially important for viewing on mobile devices that don't have the resources for a (X)HTML quirks mode.

CSS
The same ideas behind having valid (X)HTML code applies to having valid CSS too; it makes it easier on the developer and the user by having valid CSS.
